As a small business owner, realtor, and entrepreneur, I wear a lot of hats, like many of you.
Most days, I’m making decisions, answering questions, and trying to keep things moving without getting buried. I don’t have time to chase every new tool, but I do pay attention to anything that helps reduce friction and create more space to lead.
This week, I came across two AI resources that were actually helpful:
Google Prompting Guide
A quick PDF with prompts you can use inside Gmail, Docs, and Sheets. I’ve used it to draft emails faster and organize scattered thoughts. Easy to try, no steep learning curve.
AI Prompt Library
A growing spreadsheet of prompts sorted by role: marketing, admin, finance, operations. I pulled a few this week that helped me delegate and clarify next steps with my team.
I’m not trying to automate everything, just trying to lead with more margin and intention.
If that’s you too, these might be worth a look.
Give one a try—and if it helps, pass it on.
