Health Hacks for Beating Zoom Fatigue

Spending long hours at the computer? I’ve had seasons where I’m on Zoom calls for 3, 4, even 5 hours a day—or consuming content for just as long. It can take a toll on your energy and focus, but one simple hack has made a huge difference for me: a standing desk and a treadmill.

On days when I can’t get outside for a hike (which I aim for 4-6 times a week), walking while working helps me stay consistent with my movement and avoid that sluggish, drained feeling. It’s an easy way to keep energy levels up without disrupting my work schedule.
