Tech Revisit: OpenPhone
A few months ago, I shared my thoughts on OpenPhone, and after using it for a while, I’m here to give it another strong endorsement. It’s quickly become one of the most helpful tools in our tech stack. I now have four dedicated phone numbers for different businesses, which keeps everything organized and allows my team to jump in when needed.
Here’s what I love about OpenPhone:
Shared Access: Multiple team members can log in to view conversations, keeping everyone on the same page.
Web App Calling: Virtual assistants can make calls directly from the web app, making remote work seamless.
Group Texting: Works flawlessly, which is a big win for team communication.
Local Presence: I’ve set up phone numbers in three states, matching our various businesses—Airbnbs and real estate teams.
If you’re looking for a solid virtual phone solution, OpenPhone has been a game-changer for us. It’s helped create leverage, streamline communication, and reclaim time. Unless you’ve found something better (and if you have, please share!), I highly recommend it.
