As entrepreneurs, our schedules are often centered around appointments with clients and team members. These can be some of the highest-dollar activities we engage in. However, appointments can also be messy, and appointment setting can be cumbersome. What systems do you use to time block your schedule around appointments? How do you batch them? And how do you use technology to make the process easier?
There are several products on the market for this—one worth checking out is Calendly.com. Some of my appointments, I manually put on my calendar. But there are other times when I want to block out several hours and provide access for my agents to schedule time with me. When this happens, Calendly is a great solution. It lets us block our time and maximize efficiency by allowing people to schedule at times that work directly for them.
