Team Building: One of my favorite videos for teaching a simple principle to team members

If you're a stereotypical "rainmaker" or business owner, there's a chance we share a common trait: overwhelming our staff with projects and to-dos. From my experience, their response to the overwhelming onslaught of projects I assign can vary based on their personalities. Sometimes, balls start to drop, projects don’t get finished, tears are shed, and stress levels rise. Sigh. We are all still working to improve as team leaders.

One of my favorite videos to show my team for a bit of comedic relief and a touch of deep, profound truth is the scene known as "Lucy and Ethel at the Chocolate Factory." It’s 3 minutes long and has often sparked great conversations with my team. If you know, you know. Have a watch and let me know if you can relate to it too!
