The Power of Alignment: What I Learned from Gary Keller’s Quantum Leap Class

This past week, I had the chance to spend a day with Gary Keller at a class called Quantum Leap. Honestly, it’s one of the most profound business classes I’ve ever taken. What makes it so powerful is how it blends our personal lives with our business lives—it’s not just about strategy or tactics, it’s about alignment.

One of the biggest takeaways for me was learning about the ‘four productivity areas of a wealthy life: personal productivity, business productivity, life productivity, and financial productivity. I realized that even when I feel productive, sometimes the road feels bumpy. The reason? My ‘wheel of life’ wasn’t balanced. I had too much focus on one area and not enough on the others. This was a great reminder of how important it is to balance the area's of productivity. When they’re ALL in sync, that’s when things really flow.

Here’s a quick glimpse of the class, but if you want to dive deeper into these concepts and more, I’d highly recommend signing up for a Quantum Leap. It’s definitely worth it!
