This week, I walked away from a Keller Williams training session with a notebook full of wisdom. One of the reminders was about the 7 leadership—whether in business or life. Here are the seven principles they shared that any leader can use to create clarity, inspire action, and get results:

  1. Set a vision.

  2. Clearly communicate the vision.

  3. Recruit a team to the vision.

  4. Define each person’s role in achieving the vision.

  5. Empower people to achieve the vision.

  6. Measure and track to hold people accountable to achieving the vision.

  7. Respond quickly when issues arise that threaten the vision.

These principles aren’t just about running a business—they’re about leading in every area of life. Whether you’re guiding a team, running a company, or steering your family toward a goal, these steps can help you lead with clarity and purpose.
