Team Bonding Exercise: A Different Kind of Fun

Okay, so it might not be as thrilling as our rage room experience from a few months ago, but one of our favorite exercises for bonding as a leadership team is diving into our behavioral tendencies. We analyze synergies and friction points to really understand how we work together.

Here’s how it goes: We take assessments, line them up side by side on a screen, and walk through our similarities and differences—both among ourselves and compared to the ideal match for each role. There’s no right or wrong here; it’s all about awareness. This isn’t about finding excuses or placing blame. Instead, it’s an opportunity to explore why certain attributes of our roles can feel challenging or create tension.

If you’re curious about how this kind of assessment could benefit you or your team, just reach out! It’s a powerful way to strengthen our collaboration and deepen our understanding of each other. Let’s get better together!
