Have you ever felt disconnected from your team? Try this:

Throughout my experience with Keller Williams Realty and Career Visioning, I've discovered a process that allows me to build stronger relationships and gain deeper insights into potential team members or even existing employees. When conducting a motivational interview, I focus on essential aspects such as career, finance, family, community, health, and adventure. By asking four key questions, I give individuals the opportunity to envision their ideal future five years from now. These questions include:

1. What has to happen in the career dimension of your life for you to be able to say life is awesome five years from now?

2. How do you envision that?

3. Why would that achievement be important to you?

4. And what will having this do for you?

By delving into these questions, I can truly understand the motivations and desires of those I work with, which in turn helps me foster stronger connections and deeper understanding. If you'd like to learn more about the motivational interview process or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me. I'm here to help.
