What I'm Currently Reading: Come Up For Air
Allow me to introduce you to one of my new favorite authors and thought leaders, Nick Sonnenberg. With a company named Leverage (getleverage.com) and a book called "Come Up for Air" that is all about using technology and systems to increase business efficiency, this is clearly someone I'm excited to learn from. The first tip, "Optimize for the speed of retrieval of information, not transfer" alone was something I've been focused on intuitively, but never knew how to articulate it until he laid it out so clearly.
